The California Department of Education headquarters building, located at 1430 N Street, Sacramento, is the second LEED TM 2.0 Gold Certified project in the state. The building integrates creative green building strategies including a building-integrated photovoltaic system, reuse of gray water for exterior water elements, and a notable art theme that includes California artists interpreting California history.
