A building represents the health, commitment and vitality of the activity that it services. To this end the large lobby space is the interface with the public it serves. It has been architecturally conceived to reflect this principle.
The art plan functions to make one aware of the space. It intervenes interstitally between the space of the lobby and the perceptive focus of the user public. Each element is both conditioned by and conditions the space around it. Each element is both an accent to, and the focus of, an aspect of the architectural space.
